Amazing! I thought octopuses had to stay in water all the time. This probably means that octopi, or at least this octopus, are evolving. Who knows, maybe one million years from now, octopi will be walking around on land. I think the people there were really lucky. Did you hear that woman saying, "This is unbelievable." They saw evolution in progress. Charles Darwin would have loved it. I really love many marine animals, so this was an awesome video for me. A+. Thanks a lot, Izzy!

Wow! I agree with Emilynne, I thought octopi had to stay in water at all times! These people are physically seeing the evolution of the octopi, and that's obviously not something you can see everyday. I thought this article was very informative and just plain amazing! For me, the rating is definitely an A++++!

Wow! That was so cool! When this octopus was on land, it was kind of moving like it was walking, lifting up its head/torso part thingy and pushing its tentacles forward. I agree with Emilynne and Elle; this shows that octopi are evolving to be more like land animals.
Also, it was amazing how long the octopus could survive out of the water. When it stopped for a bit towards the end of the video, I thought it was going to die. Well, obviously it didn't! It just crawled back into the water.
This video was amazing and informative. I rate it an A+ barred.

I also thought octopi had to stay underwater. Did the octopus go out just to spit out the crab? That was a cool video nice choice Izzy

This was such a surprise!!! I never knew that octopuses could survive on land, i thought they had to stay underwater their whole life. Does this work with every octopus in the sea, or just different types of octopuses?

This is so cool! I also did not know that octopi can possibly leave the water. I wonder how it got there. I think there are movies where the octopus comes partially out of the water to attack a ship and maybe this is true, but I don't know. How does the octopus move? Does it use it's tentacles to move around? The octopus did not seem to balance very well possibly because it has not adapted enough on land. This was an amazing video!

I've always thought that this video is was really cool. I saw for the first time and thought it was amazing. I mean, you really never sea (haha) this. Octopi seem like animals who would only ever stay under water for protection. Whenever I see them in aquariums, they are always hiding, but then again, there is always one animal that just doesn't follow what the others of its species do. I think that octopi must be really strong in order to walk like that. The animal stood up walked. I just love this video.

This video is super cool. I don't know if octopi can actually walk on water, or it is just this species. What I really liked is how they just slide on the land with their tentacles. I was also wondering if they change color when they get onto land.

I can't believe that an octopus can stay out of water that long. It walked right out of the water and started walking on the land. I agree with Elle in the sense that Octopi are really evolving. First they were able to camouflage and now one octopi at a time, they are learning to walk on land. It was for a long period of time too.

That is so cool. I can't believe an octopi can stay out of water for that long!I thought the had to stay underwater at all times. It is amazing that the octopus was able to climb out of the water that quickly and stay out for that much time. I think is was actually trying to get to the group of people. Overall this was very fascinating. I give it an A+.
