Britain's Amphibious House Concept

The idea seems a bit undeveloped, and I think they could have made the article longer and explained a little bit more about how it is going to actually work. If this idea was already thought of before, why do the British think that they can make it work. Overall, I think this is a bad concept, and not such a good article because it did not explain enough about the idea.

Okay. I kind of understand how it works, but like Nicholas said, they really should talk about this more. Also, if it's been invented already, why isn't it "Dutch invent floating house"or "Floating Houses"? It really needs a lot more. Still, I think it was a good article and maybe these houses could save lives. B+.

This was a ver cool and interesting article because the idea of a floating house seems very cool but dangerous. It seems dangerous because the water could leak in the house and flood it, the house could start to tumble and turn, or even fall apart if it hits something in the flood. Over all this was a cool and good article. I give it a B+.

wait wuh? So people have made a house that can float? coooooool!!! This could help save money and save lives in the future. With this, there won't have to be so many houses destroyed in hurricanes. Although, this seems expensive. I mean, a house that floats in water isn't cheap. If they actually make it and I can actually afford it, I would be cool to have a floating house.

I think that this is really cool, and it is really smart. Many people have to completely reinvent their lives because of natural disasters like this, so i think that making houses, in areas that flood a lot, float will save the lives, and money of many. However, I think it might be a problem because then where the pipes meet the ground, when there is a flood, that would get disconnected right? That could be even more dangerous than the flood itself! The house will also probably have to have a limit of weight, or else it might not be able to float, and they habitants will have to do what they did in UP: throw heavy things out. So I think that this might not be such a great idea, but it is a cool concept. If they were ever able to execute their idea, and make it affordable, even for the people in third-class countries, it could save A LOT of people's lives. :)
Overall, I think that this article needed some more explaining, but I think that they have a nice start.
