This was an amazing movie. The great white is like a little guppy compared to the megalodon. The megalodon could easily eat a t-rex. Thank goodness they are not around anymore. I find it amazing that the teeth were 7 inches. That would be like a knife that could cut meat. It is amazing that this was the "king of the sea" just like a lion is the king of the jungle. The megalodon could almost eat 20 white sharks in one gulp, after all, the great white is like a guppy compared to the megalodon. The megalodon would be amazing if we could create a digital copy in comparison to a house. I found it amazing that it would eat a humongous turtle in one gulp. Also, it ate huge animals.

Cool, but scary! I can't believe that a huge great white-looking shark that was larger than a T-rex was once the king of the sea! Also it is crazy enough that this huge creature once lived in what we now call Bakersfield. How can the scientists find out what the Megalodon ate if they only have the vertebrate and the teeth? I learned a lot about sharks like how most of their bones are actually cartilage and that the Megalodon lived in California and since the fossils were found so much inland, did North America grow larger or was that part of Earth submerged in water? This was a very interesting discovery by scientists.

this was not a very informational video because it had no more that that a megalodon can beat and eat a T-rex. Over all i did not like this video very much. I give this a B–.

That was an amazing video. It was very interesting that a Megalodon was more of a predator than a t-rex, and that a t-rex wouldn't stand a chance against this creature. I actually really want to see what one would look like now, but I guess it's not possible. This was an AWESOME video.

I thought that this was a great movie. It was very informative and I learned a lot. I think it is very interesting that sharks are mainly cartilage which makes it hard to bring back ancient sharks. It would be very scary if it was still alive. As of now, everybody is scared of the great white, but after seeing this video, Jahan is right. The great white is like a little guppy. I also thought that it was really scary that the teeth were 7 inches long each. The last thing was that most people would think of the T-rex as the most dangerous animal in the world, but after seeing this video. I will think differently. Over-all, I thought it was a great video, and I would recommend it to others.

That was really cool. It's weird to think that there were such big animals back then. I would not want to be in the ocean 3 million years ago because I think that I would get killed by the Megalodon. It's teeth are each 7 inches which is really crazy. I think that this is the ancestor of the great white. Still, I always thought that the T-rex was huge, and to have a sea animal bigger than it is just scary. Overall, I think that it was a really cool video, but sort of scary.

The megalodon is huge! It outsized everything in view. I can't believe he was larger than a T-rex. It was so cool that it was also more of a predator. I loved the part where it showed the megalodon's teeth they were seven inches. I liked that the video showed the megalodon's jaw and a model of a shark about to be eaten. My favorite part is that we once had a megalodon swimming in the middle of North America. Overall, I loved this video and learned a lot about sharks.

I loved the video because of how it explained everything. It was very informative and later I learned that the teeth of the Megalodon were 7 inches and that is just crazy. Also they survived for a long time. What I want to know is how big was a Megalodon compared to a whale. Overall, that was one of the coolest videos and it was informative to me.

The megalodon is an interesting sea creature. I would have never imagined anything in the water would be bigger than a white shark. It is amazing how wide their jaw is. I never thought that anything could bet a T-rex. I wonder if there was many of them? Was there just one that ruled the whole ocean? What happens if two met? Would they fight to the death, turn around and swim away or would they become friends? I really doubt that they would be friends. I believe that they might have been very commanding of there areas.

This is a great video. It is amazing that a shark was actually 70 feet long! And if more crazy, was that it was bigger than a T-Rex! The megalodon was basically just one giant killer. You would just see it just eat everything in its path. Its jaw was bigger than a great white shark. That one seen was incredible. If only science could discover more! This was a great video!

Thank you Bianca for posting this amazing video. I really love sharks and this video taught me a lot about the Megalodon. Adam, this video doesn't teach you only about the Megalodon being able to eat a T-Rex. Well first of all, being able to eat a T-Rex is pretty awesome. That means that the Megalodon is able to eat many other things. It can eat anything smaller than a T-Rex! It is able to eat a Great White Shark! That is impressive, it is able to eat you WHOLE! If the Megalodon still lived, what would happen? Would there be less aquatic and non-aquatic animals? It would be funny if fish became extinct! If the Megalodon still lived, it would also be scary. It would be scary because if you were in a beach or near where a Megalodon is, you would die, on land or not. What would it be like if, somewhere out there, there is a Megalodon. What would happen if HUMANS became extinct! It can eat a T-Rex, I am pretty sure that it can eat a human in one bite. The Megalodon is one of those species that people can not find. Also Adam, this post deserves an A+! Don't say it deserves a B- if you did not watch it or did not understand it. Ok... so bye. Oh yah, one more thing... I love Taylor Swift <13 <--- 13+<3= <13. I am just so smart!

It was a very big shark, the Megalodon. I can see why they call it a nightmare for those who roamed the sea 3 million years ago. If you think about it one of the teeth are around the size of our head :). In the video it said the teeth can help re-engineer the nightmare. All of the creatures probably feared the,. It is a mystery to me and the rest of the world why the Megalodon went extinct. Was there anything that could kill one? What if somewhere one-day the Megalodon will repopulate? Humans would never go in the ocean... What id there is still a Megalodon out there and we just havent found it? (it could be one of those undiscovered species) Also Adam it couldnt give more information, because the scientists are only starting to find out things about the Megalodon. Also, if it could beat a T-rex it could beat anything. I love this video...i can see why i chose it. Would there still be humans if they were still alive? (that would be a nightmare)

This shark is HUGE. It could eat a dinosaur. I think if this species was still alive, it would take over the world. It can kill anything. I don't know why they would want to recreate a nightmare. I think this video was awesome. If the Megalodon's head was a little smaller than a T-rex, how big would it be in comparison to a human.

That's a pretty cool video. If a T-rex's head could fit in a Megladon's mouth, than this monster must have been the real deal. I highly doubt we can reverse engineer a Megladon, but if humanity can, pray tell we don't figure out how to reanimate the dead. All I can say is I felt bad for the turtle, and that was totally epic.

Yu-Kai said...

That. Was. Epic. The Megalodon was probably the biggest creature in the sea. If a t-rex could lose its head, this is the creature that would make it lose it. Literally. If they were still alive, I would never go into the ocean again. Over my dead body. Actually, there would be no more body to be over, because I would be in the shark's digestive tract.

I think that this video is amazing. There was only one bad thing about it, and that is that it was not that informative, but everything else was good. My two favorite fish were the blob fish and the lump fish. The megalodon was cool, but it is just too hard to immagine something that could easily eat a t-rex.b Over all I would give the article an A-

Andrew said...

I think this was an amazing video but I agree with Adam. I think it didn't give as much information because they don't know much about it. I thought I was cool how they compared it to the t-rex. I couldn't believe that it can eat t-rex!

That was amazing! It would have been great if we could have had any remains of this animal. I wonder why there have not been any animals anywhere near the size of this beast. What we think of big today was nothing compared to the size of the megalodon. They do not know enough about this shark in my opinion. That was a very fascinating article and I think that with more information we could learn a lot about this shark.

That is amazing. That is such a cool discovery. I agree that they did not give much information. It still was very interesting. I liked how they compared a t-rex to the shark. It really is something to think about. Also, the tooth they found at shark tooth hill was amazing. It is so cool how they found a complete tooth. I be interesting in learning more about that shark.

Coolest thing EVER!!!! I am so happy that Bianca gave this for the blog. I love how the adult who were finding the Megalodon tooth were acting like they were 5 years old when they saw it. If you saw the comparison of the Megalodon and the great - white, its so surprising. Even a T-rex is much smaller than this beast. I think that its also really cool that from one tooth, you can construct a whole jaw. When they finally built it, I was on the edge of my seat to see the final product...and...IT WAS AWESOME!!!! The smoke from the floor, the red light, the moving mouth, and it breathed smoke? When I thought it couldn't get cooler, they are making the consistency of a whale. When the model just bit right into it, I yelled out loud, "YEAH! GET RIGHT INTO IT! DIG DEEPER, DIG DEEPER! YEEEAAH!!!" I then there was more. Beer, red wine, a giant block of foam, and a BOAT! This is probably one of my favorite blog posts ever! Overall, super-mega-totally awesome! A+++

I LOVE THIS VIDEO!! First off, I am obsessed with sharks and thank you so much Bianca for posting this! I am super amazed by this and I want to find out much more! I know that they still don't know much about it, but I really hope that they can start to piece it together. The Megalodon is amazing that it can easily fit a t-rex's head inside its mouth!! I mean, WOW!!! This is now my favorite animal!!! TOTALLY!!!! THIS IS MY FAVORITE BLOG POST YET!!!! I think that I will research more into this! @Bianca thanks again! I rate this video post=A+++++++++++ ect.
