I think this post was on the blog last week to and I have seen it before. Seeing it again I see how amazing it is to be able to move you hand thats not there. When he said that he could not explain it I was upset because I really wanted to know what it feels like to have a hand thats not attached to your body. It sounds weird that you can control a bionic hand with your mind because if you think about it we do everything with our mind but when you hear it that he's completely using his mind it sounds weird because we don't ever use our minds entirely to do some thing. This article was pretty cool but i wanted more info. I give it an A- for not having enough info.

That was pretty cool. It was a bit creepy with all the pictures of the guy with no arm. I think that it is cool that there are so many advances in science. It is interesting to know of all the advances and to see that all of them are making a difference. I wonder what will come next in technology department. I also saw the same video last week. I felt like it was a pretty good video and told us what they were doing but there wasn't tons of info. I wonder how many different things will happen in the future. I rate a B+.

This is amazing. This could revolutionize the world forever. The only thing is, the hand needs a power source. What if it runs out of energy? I rate this video an A. It was informative and had some really important thing in it that people still have a hard time grasping. I thought it was grate.

This was really cool. I can't believe that he was controlling a bionic hand with just his mind. This discovery could change many people's lives. I was wondering if there could be a way to connect the hand to a person's body and still be able to control it. That could really revolutionize the world because there are so many people who do not have all of their arms or legs, and if that could happen they could change the world. There was lots of information on that particular study that they did, but not on how his thoughts go through the wires and somehow get into the hand. That is what I really want to know.

This was a great article. I loved how it shows that anybody can change the world. This man made a difference to technology and he pretty much got his old hand back. The man controlled the hand WITH HIS MIND!!! THAT'S INCREDIBLE!!! PLUS IT'S REALLY COOL!!! Even though I saw the video before it still shows me how amazing it is. I also thought the video of the puffin was pretty cool considering it works the same way like an airplane or helicopter. I never give articles grades but I will give this one an A.

I don't believe how amazing technology is. The puffin seems to be one of the most interesting thing to me. It flies 150 MPH and it is the size of a human being! I would be sooooo excited to see it in person. I definitely give this an A-.

OMG! How in the world do they do this?

Okay, so think about it.... what if they were able to do this with legs, arms, tongues, fingers, toes, feet, and even hair? Our life on earth would never be the same. Now of course it would be super expensive, but people that can afford this could live they lived before they lost a body part.
Now, what do I mean by hair? We could be Medusa! our hair could move around, stay calm, brush itself, and we could treat it like a pet! Sh! I have to have straight hair for the recital! Stay calm! Or, Hey! Let's play! Get crazy! I wanna have a bad hair day! People wouldn't have to buy hair straighteners or anything! Now this is a little bit out of the box, but imagine world with these things. This is amazing, especially because it is controlled with your brain! WOW, WOW, WOW!

Sophia siad,

OMG. This is so cool. I feel bad for the people who have lost arms and legs because of others dumb mistakes. I would like to help. This is amazing that scientist are so talented that they could invent a mechanical arm. What I would also like to say is what if there was a malfunction in the arm or leg or whatever limb there is a mechanical area. This could be bad. I think that it is a risk to attach a mechanical arm or leg but it i also a miracle.

That was interesting. This is going to help in the future for sure, but how much would it cost? This guy who was using it in the video lost his hand to a drunk driver, and that is pretty sad. But for these accidents if they could control a mechanical hand with their mind that would be awesome. The problem is that you see the hand on a surface with a bunch of wires on it. How would there be a power source. Overall, that was a very interesting article.

I really loved this post. My favorite video was the one with a mechanical hand. I can't even think how much focus that man had to have to control the hand. This shows how strong the mind is. You think you just move the hand and that's that, but it's so much more. Your mind is the thing that powers our whole body. It must be very hard to not have a hand, neither a four-arm. It was just AMAZING! I was even nervous if the hand would work or not. I was hoping that he would accomplish this great task. This will not just help him, this invention could help so many other people that are missing so much more. Overall, a really great post! A+
